Our Sunday HYROX Simulations are designed to replicate an official HYROX race experience in a structured and competitive training environment. Whether you're preparing for an upcoming event or looking to challenge yourself, this simulation will give you a baseline for training and help you refine your pacing, transitions, and strategies under race conditions.

🔹 Please note: For this simulation, each lap will be 500m instead of 1km to keep volume manageable and avoid disrupting your regular training. It’s designed to give you a benchmark of full stations under less fatigue than a full race.

How It Works

  • Spots are limited once a heat is full, registration closes.

  • First come, first served – secure your heat before it fills.

  • All weights and distances follow official HYROX standards for Women’s Open Doubles.

  • Arrive at least 30 minutes early - for check-in and warm-up. Late arrivals will forfeit their spot and entry fee.

  • No refunds or transfers - but you may replace your teammate if needed.

  • Bring Your Own Judge – You are welcome to bring someone to count your reps, track your time, and hold you accountable. We provide the venue, equipment, Coaches to change weights and help create a unique training environment at Urban Fitness.

What to Expect

  • Authentic Race Format – The same movement stations as an official HYROX race.

  • Strategic Heat Placement – Heats are arranged to minimise equipment adjustments and maintain smooth event flow.

  • Competition-Level Intensity – Expect to be pushed to your limits, just like on race day.

  • Seamless Transitions – Train your teamwork, efficiency, and movement execution.

  • Self-Supported Simulation – We provide the venue, equipment, and structured race format, but you are responsible for your own pacing and accountability.

  • To ensure the event runs on time - please arrive at least 30 minutes before your heat to check in, warm up, and receive final instructions. Heats will begin promptly as scheduled – late arrivals forfeit their spot and entry fee (no refunds).
